The Betsy wants you to feel comfortable booking directly with us, and offers the following Best Rate Guarantee, when booking your Room or Suite with us:

First, book your stay using our website, or by contacting our property directly, either by telephone or email.  If, in the next 24 hours, you find a lower rate for the same room type and reservation dates, submit a claim to reservations@thebetsyhotel.com.

Your claim must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, and within 24 hours of your booking date and time.

If the newly discovered lower hotel rate qualifies, we will adjust your reservation to reflect the lower rate and will give you an additional 10% off that rate.  This Guarantee is not valid on Group rates, Package rates, or Inclusive rates (such as Breakfast with Betsy) or other special rates.
