DANCE: Tigertail presents Emily Johnson: Niicugni (Listen)

A new performance, Niicugni (Listen), created/performed by recent Bessie Award winner Emily Johnson and influenced by her Alaskan Indian heritage. Niicugni includes Aretha Aoki, composer James Everest, violinist /electronic musician Bethany Lacktorin, and lighting designer Heidi Eckwall. It is housed within a light/sound installation of hand-made, functional fish-skin lanterns and live music.
