Categorized by both aromatic style and by varietal, the wine list will undoubtedly please the wine-savvy connoisseur and the appreciative amateur alike. White wines characterized by “Fresh, Crisp, Refreshing,” “Floral, Spicy, Aromatic,” and “Rich, Savory, Complex,” and red wines described as “Soft, Fresh, Smooth,” “Spicy, Earthy, Exotic,” and “Rich, Bold, Powerful” will guide diners to well paired meals. Several varietals receive special attention – Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Burgundy’s native grapes and natural pairings with steak, will be divided into Old and New World sections, while Riesling, Merlot and Cabernet Franc also enjoy designated callouts.
