White wines characterized by “Fresh, Crisp, Refreshing,” “Floral, Spicy, Aromatic,” and “Rich, Savory, Complex,” and red wines described as “Soft, Fresh, Smooth,” “Spicy, Earthy, Exotic,” and “Rich, Bold, Powerful” will guide diners to well paired meals.
