BLT Steak Restaurant

While at first glance many might believe that BLT ‘stands for’ one of America’s favorite sandwiches, it does not. Rather, this BLT is an acronym for ‘Bistro Laurent Tourondel’, and at BLT Steak, Executive Chef Tourondel presents an adaptation of the American Steakhouse, and elevates it with style and finesse into the Modern American Steakhouse.

BLT Steak integrates traditional elements of a cozy French Bistro with those of a stylish, urbane boite. At The Betsy, BLT cuisine is served in an exquisite space designed by Michael Bagley.

Chef Laurent Tourondel
