The Betsy and BLT Steak present pianist Markus Gottschlich for a special (mostly jazz) performance from 8PM to 11PM. Like his own life story, Markus’ music reflects a unique blend of “old world” and “new world”. In his captivating live performances, his lyricism and technique contribute to his highly-individual sound.

BLT Steak redefines the Modern American steakhouse in a gorgeous location at The Betsy-South Beach. In keeping with its international reputation for excellence, guests at BLT Steak can enjoy sumptuous breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco on the restaurant's 80-seat patio, perfectly situated on Ocean Drive. There are 100 seats in the restaurant proper, with 40 set aside for semi-private dining, as well as additional spaces available for private group dining and larger special events. The full menu can also be enjoyed at the Lobby Bar or sample lighter fare on The Deck with picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean.

BLT Steak presents a world-class dining experience with a South Beach perspective. Diners will find a wide range of unforgettable fish offerings, as well as signature beef dishes.
A variety of USDA Prime, Certified Black Angus and American Wagyu beef are offered, each naturally aged for maximum tenderness and flavor and finished with herb butter in a cast-iron pan; fresh daily-caught fish selections are delicate and perfectly cooked. Tourondel's French training is apparent in signature dishes like Tuna Tartare with avocado and the legendary Giant Popovers with bubbling Gruyère. For fine dining in an atmosphere that offers all the glamour of South Beach, BLT Steak is without equal.
