The result is the Modern American Steakhouse. BLT Steak integrates traditional elements of a cozy French Bistro with those of a stylish, urbane boite. Organized by category, and complemented with corresponding savory sauces, the BLT menu guides diners to steakhouse bliss. In addition to the Certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steaks, BLT Steak offers American and Japanese Kobe Beef, lamb, chicken, fish and an extensive Raw Bar. Generous side dishes grace the table in Staub cast iron cocottes and while must-have desserts vary seasonally, one can always count on the perfect finish.

White wines characterized by “Fresh, Crisp, Refreshing,” “Floral, Spicy, Aromatic,” and “Rich, Savory, Complex,” and red wines described as “Soft, Fresh, Smooth,” “Spicy, Earthy, Exotic,” and “Rich, Bold, Powerful” guide diners to well paired meals.
