Located within the exquisite environs of The Betsy, BLT Steak showcases a variety of beef including USDA Prime, Wagyu and Certified Black Angus. Indulge in the signature Gruyère Cheese Popovers at the start of every meal. The menu also offers a variety of the highest quality and best cuts of beef and the freshest fish, like the Sautéed Dover Sole with soy caper brown butter, as well as an abundance of Raw Bar and Sushi items. Generous side dishes grace the table in Staub cast iron cocottes, and freshly prepared desserts vary seasonally to provide the perfect finish.
Dinner is Served 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Sunday through Thursday; Friday and Saturday from 6:00pm to 11:00pm.
Laurent Tourondel brings his culinary artistry to yet another level with wide ranging and very unique Raw Bar and Sushi options, to the delight of vegetarians, confirmed fish connoisseurs, and (even) meat eaters. From the classic Tuna Tartare to an innovative Peekytoe Crab with Mango and Key Lime Yuzu. Exciting Crispy Sushi Fish Tacos and even a roll featuring braised short ribs represent BLT's innovative take on sushi at Betsy, with an experience that is unique and unforgettable.
To start any morning off right, BLT Steak at The Betsy boasts an impressive breakfast menu featuring eggs any style, homemade granola, breakfast pastries and Illy coffee. At lunch, a number of substantial salads and creative sandwiches lead the offerings. Highlights, of course, include a Certified Angus Beef burger with hand-cut French fries, while the Lobster Salad "Cobb" Style is a local favorite.
Breakfast is served 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. daily; Lunch is served 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Available every Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Weekend Brunch at The Betsy offers an eclectic menu featuring Tourondel's version of classic brunch items, as well as signature dishes from BLT Steak's lunch menu. Definite must-haves include: BLT Popover - a take on the classic Eggs Benedict, served with poached eggs, spinach, ham, bacon, Béchamel and Gruyère cheeses. Almond Brioche French Toast with caramelized bananas and old fashioned Buttermilk Pancakes with blueberries and orange blossom water syrup are two signature dishes not to be missed.
Brunch is offered Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
BLT Steak’s wine list is designed to complement Tourondel’s stunning steak selections. Categorized by both varietal and region, BLT Steak’s wine list will undoubtedly please even the most wine-savvy connoisseurs. Several varietals receive special attention; Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Burgundy’s native grapes, are natural pairings with steak. Riesling, Merlot and Cabernet Franc also enjoy designated call-outs. The wine list also categorizes Old and New World selections.
