Betsy offers massage therapies and treatments in partnership with Miami City Massage, utilizing luxurious products designed to relieve tension and quench sun-parched skin, while leaving your inner spirit rejuvenated.

All Betsy Wellness Garden spa therapies incorporate paraben-free products derived from natural ingredients, including sugar plums, blueberries and mandarins. Creative signature therapies include a Wood Stone Ritual treatment with chilled stones, an indulgent Coconut Hot Towel facial and a host of massages, body treatments, manicures and pedicures suited for both men and women.

The Deck

Savor a sunrise at the break of dawn, languish the day away stretched out on a chaise lounge or rest after a busy day by the light of the moon on The Deck. Betsy's rooftop Deck has been described as one of the most intimate and unforgettable spots on Miami Beach.

The Deck at The Betsy treats guests to unobstructed views of the Atlantic in an expansive rooftop locale. During the day, guests can bask in the sun on one of the ocean-facing chaises or find a cool corner retreat in the shade of retractable sails set horizontally in the sky.

The casually refined atmosphere by day transitions at nightfall into a starlit lounge, accented with diffused lighting and soft music. BLT Steak meals can be enjoyed three stories above Ocean Drive, with a full service bar to quench your thirst.

The Deck is also the perfect setting for private events, intimate celebrations, weddings and corporate gatherings.

Courtyard Pool

Take refuge from the sun and sand at our serene, secluded courtyard. Relaxing lounge chairs provide a perfect place to read a book, enjoy soothing music or snooze in the shelter of our tranquil Courtyard Pool deck.

Underground Speak-Easy

B BAR is the hotel’s ‘underground speakeasy’. With a reflective ceiling, state-of-the-art audio-visual, and numerous awards for innovative mixology, B Bar is transformed when groups of 10 to 100 gather. The perfect private event venue, Betsy hosts a variety of Arts & Cultural programming, including live music nights, celebrity DJ’s, and Betsy's Philanthropic community soirees. When the lights are down low, the light boxes are filled with great art, the built in screens are lit up with images, and a private DJ spins sounds at guest request, guests tell us (over and over again) that the surround sound experience is 'one of a kind".

The beautiful Miami weather and scenic views from the Roof Deck of The Betsy provide the perfect setting for sunrise yoga. Greet the day with fun Vinyasa flow classes, taught by experienced teachers from 3rd Street Beach Yoga - with modifications for beginners and experienced students alike.
