Leonard REINA is a graduate of the University of Miami and has been active internationally as a pianist-composer for over a decade. He garners venue experience from intimate gatherings to high-capacity performing arts centers throughout the Americas and in Western Europe. Leonard is a multi-faceted pianist, composer, and producer who draws energy and inspiration from myriad sources, that are both immediately recognizable and (also) mysterious and a joy to discover. Whether breathing new life into the works of the classical greats or giving his musical dexterity free rein within the global sphere of jazz improvisation, Reina is a daring instrumentalist and turns preconceived notions inside out, making his approach to jazz truly unique.
