This open panel discussion will be held on Wednesday, October 9, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at The Gallery at The Betsy Hotel South Beach (1433 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139).

The evening will feature a panel of esteemed professionals and survivors who will share the latest advancements in cancer treatment.

During this event, Miami Beach Vice Mayor, Alex Fernandez will share a personal experience that is a significant part of his health journey and which will hopefully spread awareness about the importance of testing.

This year’s discussion aims to explore advancements in cancer care, such as immunotherapy, clinical trials, and vaccines, to promote greater awareness, participation, and equitable access to cutting-edge treatments. The topic of the 2024 panel discussion is:

The Direction of Cancer Care: Immunotherapy, Clinical Trials, and Vaccines.

H3’s Founder and Director, Janinha Piazzetta, is moderating the discussion panel. Each participant will address the question above from their unique perspective. Towards the end, the audience will have an opportunity to participate with questions.

In addition to the panel discussion, we will be presenting the Cancer Hero Awards.
