BEN BEAL is one of South Florida's most sought-after jazz pianists and vocalists, performing at venues including the Adrienne Arsht Center, North Beach Bandshell, and Ball and Chain. His passion for jazz began in his teens through legends like George Shearing and Oscar Peterson.
Ben holds a Bachelor's of Music from UMass Amherst and a Master's of Music from the University of Miami. Recent highlights include collaborating with pianist Shelly Berg at the Groundup Festival, touring with Miami funk outfit Soulpax, and performing at the Oceanside Jazz Festival.
Beyond performing, Ben is a dedicated educator with a private studio and serves as adjunct professor at Miami-Dade College, teaching voice, piano, and music theory across jazz, pop, classical, and musical theatre styles.
