Good food = good times in Miami Beach. As lovers of travel and leisure ourselves, we’re always looking for new and exciting places to eat on vacation—bonus points if the dogs can join us.

As part of our “Best of Dog-Friendly Miami Businesses” blog series, we’re highlighting the best things to do in Miami with your furry pals. Dogs love to eat too, so check out these dog-friendly Miami restaurants that’ll get their tails wagging.

LT Steak & Seafood / The Alley

Located on-site at the Betsy Hotel, LT Steak & Seafood and The Alley are dog-friendly Miami restaurants that welcome your pups to their outdoor terraces. With both menus curated by Chef Laurent Tourondel, LT Steak & Seafood is a casual yet elegant New American restaurant focusing on fusing international flavors and techniques, while The Alley is a modern trattoria serving Neapolitan-style pizza, homemade pasta, charcuterie, salads, and more. These dog-friendly Miami restaurants are a must-try—even better, they’re on-site at The Betsy!

Cielito Artisan Pops

Looking for somewhere to cool down with your pup on a hot day? Cielito Artisan Pops is just the place. They have a rotating menu of seasonal, locally-sourced, customizable ice pops with special options for four-legged patrons. Check out their Instagram for some sneak peeks of flavors, pupper pop pics, and more, and get ready to pick your dog’s jaw off the floor when they see their own personal ice pop!

Owned by homegrown Miami restaurateur and prolific dog-lover Matthew Kuscher, LoKal is a pet parent’s dream. This hip burger joint prides itself on its commitment to locally-raised, sustainable proteins. It’s also a dog-friendly restaurant in Miami with special menus specifically curated for the pups. LoKal offers three $5 dishes for canine companions: Marmaduke’s Meatloaf, Yeyo’s Chicken and Rice, and Bowser Beer. Sounds tasty to us!

The Spillover

Another dog-friendly Miami restaurant from Matthew Kuscher is The Spillover. A seafood spot that loves your dog as much as you do, The Spillover is similar to its burger-focused counterpart, serving three $5 dog-friendly menu items. The Spillover offers chicken and rice, meatballs and veggies, and Cuban “Chew-gars”. Which will they choose?!
