Capture the energy and essence of Ocean Drive at our historic and only surviving example Florida-Georgian architecture as your backdrop. With the addition of the “Hohauser” wing in 2016, we have a breadth of spaces and looks to create the perfect moment for photography or film projects.
We offer a beachfront location with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and the Miami skyline from our two roof decks, as well as signature indoor spaces, from the upscale intimacy of the Library, to the extravagance of the Skyline Penthouse, with its baby grand piano and wrap-around terrace.

Steps from the Rooftop Pool, The Betsy’s Skyline Deck crowns the Art Deco Wing, offering magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami’s skyline in a palette of cream, chestnut, and tropical green.
The former lobby of an historic Art Deco hotel, the Carlton Room is a flexible space with natural light, high ceilings, and dedicated bar.
Skyline Penthouse and Terrace
Perched atop the Art Deco Wing, this loft-style room boasts 710 square feet of living and entertainment space as well as a 1,000 sq ft wrap around terrace.
Both a traditional meeting environment and a communal space, the Boardroom is easily accessible for food service from The Alley and connects to its own outdoor space.

Tucked away in the back of The Betsy, The Alley is a modern trattoria serving Neapolitan-style pizza, homemade pasta, charcuterie, salads, Italian-style cocktails, beer & wine.
