Micro Wedding Package

A small wedding at The Betsy means heightened personalization and intimate sophistication for you and your inner circle, where enlightened luxury meets an unmatched oceanfront setting. Micro Wedding Package
Host your ceremony for 30 guests or fewer on the Oceanfront Deck, and your reception in the B Bar, set with Chiavari chairs and high boys. Micro-wedding venue rental starts at $2,000 (plus service charge and taxes). The reception package starts at $200/person and includes a welcome toast, 2-hour open bar, 1-hour of passed hors d'oeuvres, 2 stations, a cheese display, and a wedding cake.
Ocean Front Deck
Our Ocean Front Deck is among Miami’s most sought-after wedding venues. Intimate and unforgettable, it pairs breathtaking views of the Atlantic with a romantic atmosphere. Perfect for a ceremony or rehearsal dinner under the stars.
Occupancy: Up to 200 guests
The Skyline Deck crowns the Art Deco Wing, offering magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami’s skyline in a palette of cream, chestnut, and tropical green, making it an exquisite outdoor backdrop for your wedding ceremony.
Occupancy: Up to 180 guests
One of our most flexible spaces, this open-air venue offers lush greenery, warm bistro lighting, a water feature, and limestone flooring reminiscent of an Italian palazzo. A beautiful setting for an unforgettable reception.

Let your imagination run wild in this airy, modern and flexible space - perfect for ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, and receptions with plenty of space for dancing, live bands and lounge seating.

A little bit vintage, a little bit rock n’ roll – B Bar is a standout among our venues with a private entrance, dedicated bar, reflective ceiling, and customizable lightboxes. Perfect for rehearsal dinners or cocktail receptions.

A beautiful space with lots of natural light and direct Collins Avenue access, the Carlton Room exudes the cozy comfort of a sophisticated Miami living room. A built-in espresso and wine bar make it an ideal spot for informal gatherings or large dinners.

The Library honors our literary origins, and commitment to providing unique spaces that feel like oases. Up to 30 people can gather here for a small reception or private dinner. It also contains a bar which can be stocked for your special event.

With 360-degree views of Miami’s skyline and the Art Deco district, is there a lovelier place at sunset in all of Miami? A shimmering setting, the Pool Deck is ideal for daytime functions or sunset get-togethers around the beautifully lit pool.

An ideal setting for an intimate dinner or small ceremony, the Boardroom boasts natural light, a library, and a terrace with tiered seating.

LT Steak & Seafood
LT Steak & Seafood is a casually elegant New American restaurant, fusing international flavors and techniques from France, Asia & Latin America. Used in its entirety, this striking space can accommodate up to 120 seated guests.

Skyline Penthouse & Terrace
An intimate and romantic retreat perched atop the Art Deco Wing, this loft-style room boasts 1,710 sq ft of space complete with a 1,000 sq ft wrap around terrace, stylishly furnished living areas, a sparkling chandelier, and a Baby Grand piano.

Tucked away in the back The Betsy, The Alley is a modern trattoria serving Neapolitan-style pizza, homemade pasta, salads, Italian-style cocktails, beer & wine. An ideal location for a bridal luncheon or rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests.

Can we have our ceremony on property or on the beach?
Yes! The beach is public property and a proper permit must be secured through the City of Miami Beach. Your Event Specialist can assist with the rental of white folding chairs on the beach for your ceremony and a small round table for your officiant. You are responsible for any additional decor. No electrical equipment is allowed per the City of Miami Beach.
Do you include any decor?
We can assist in arranging décor at an additional cost or your Event Specialist can provide a list of preferred vendors. Should you choose to make these arrangements yourself, kindly supply us with a list of your vendors so that we may assist them in servicing your needs. All vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing The Betsy as additionally insured
Are there any venue fees?
Our wedding packages include all venue fees. If we are customizing a proposal for you, a venue fee will apply.
What happens in case of rain?
In case of inclement weather, an indoor option is discussed in advance or tenting can be coordinated through the Catering Department. For tenting, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The final weather call must be made 4 hours before the event start time, depending on the extent of setup needed.
Do we need a wedding planner?
Yes, a wedding planner/coordinator is required to handle all weddings booked at The Betsy-South Beach. This person will serve as the on-site contact and personal liaison between you, all vendors, and the hotel staff. The catering department has a list of preferred planners or you may choose your own. Planners must provide a Certificate of Liability.
Can we bring in our own music?
Full surround sound is available in all venues should you wish to plug in your own playlist. The device with your playlist must be provided. The Betsy-South Beach has an extensive list of Musicians and DJs that can be arranged by the Catering Department. Can we bring in our own food or alcohol?
LT Steak & Seafood caters all events at The Betsy-South Beach. We do not allow outside food and beverage to be served. Menus can be customized as requested and special dietary needs such as allergies, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher is handled through the Catering Department. All beverages must be purchased through the Hotel unless a corkage charge has been pre-arranged through the Catering Department. All Federal, State and Local Laws with regard to food & beverage purchases and consumption are strictly adhered to and enforced.
What is the charge for children?
Meals for children under 12 years of age are available at 50% the menu price. We can also arrange for a special children’s menu.
When is the deposit and final payment due?
The first deposit of 25% is due upon signing. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date along with the final guest count. A payment schedule can be created with your Events Specialist should you want to make payments on a monthly basis.
What are the noise restrictions?
All outdoor events with music must end by 10pm to comply with the City of Miami Beach Noise Ordinance. Events can move indoors to continue the festivities as the noise and volume are confined.
How much is parking?
Valet parking is available at a rate of $20 per car during the day and $45 per car for overnight. The charges may be applied to your master account or your guests may be responsible for their own parking charges. If you wish to cover valet parking for vendors, advance notice must be provided to the Catering department. The Betsy-South Beach is not responsible for vendor parking.
When can we schedule the rehearsal?
The hotel will confirm the date and time for the rehearsal one (1) week prior to the wedding. Requests for a specific date and time can be made but the hotel reserves the right to book the space for another event.
Do you offer special rates for guests that want to stay at the hotel?
Yes, we’d be pleased to host a block of rooms for your guests! Our Group Sales Manager can connect with you to establish our best available group rate. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Does the couple get a guest room?
A complimentary suite upgrade is provided to the couple for the duration of their stay when booking a Classic King Room. Events with 50 guests or more receive a complimentary suite for the evening of the event.
