Although temperatures probably won’t drop much below 70°, we have you covered with activations, entertainment and delicious treats to bring the spirit of the season to South Florida. From holiday music to special menus and cocktails, visitors to our acclaimed oceanfront property and its restaurants and bars, can find many ways to channel the feeling of festive season…without the freezing temperatures and icy windshields! Plan for Pie!
Pre-order and pick up in the Carlton Room
Order your holiday pie for all your seasonal festivities prepared by our Pastry Chef Gabriela Amelunge. Choose from three classic options: Pumpkin, Apple, or Pecan Pie. Each pie is 12” and can be cut in 4 or 6 slices.
Cost: $32 per pie (must order at least 24 hours in advance)

LT Steak & Seafood offers specially themed holiday menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day Brunch. The Alley will be serving the regular a la carte menu with seasonal dishes on all holidays.
November 28 from 2pm-10pm
Savor and celebrate the local harvest with Celebrity Chef Laurent Tourondel’s menu of refined Thanksgiving favorites crafted from regional, sustainable ingredients, prepared by Executive Chef Danny Ganem. Complimentary glass of mulled wine for adults and cider for kids.
Cost: $95 adults (includes three-course prix fixe menu; $55 for children ages 4-12 (excludes tax and gratuity)
December 24 & 25 from 5pm-10pm
Celebrate Christmas with your loved ones at LT Steak & Seafood and enjoy selections from the la carte dinner menu or a three-course tasting menu. Menu highlights include Pan Seared Scallops, Local Florida Stone Crabs, Dry Aged Prime Rib, Pan Roasted Artic Char and Grilled Baby Escarole.
Cost: $95 adults; $55 for children ages 4-12 (excludes tax and gratuity)
New Year's Eve Dinner
New Year’s Eve from 5pm-2am
Bring the year to a delectable close with a five-course Chef’s Tasting menu. Live music all night long with the Carole Ann Taylor Trio and Yamit & The Vinyl Blvd. Jazz Quartet. Guests booking the second seating will have their own table with midnight access to the rooftop terrace for fireworks viewing, live band, champagne toast and party favors. Reservations are required.
First Seating at 5pm: $250 per person++, Second Seating at 8pm (includes champagne toast at midnight): $295 adults; $150 for children 4-12 ++

Enjoy daily Live Jaz z from 7pm - 11pm and Sunday Jazz Brunch performances from 11am - 3pm. We also have special Concerts and Pop Up Holiday Music Events in store for you including Holiday P’Opera: Thursday, December 12 at 8pm and Holiday Carols: Friday and Saturday, December 13 and 14 at 6pm. Join us for New Year's Eve with Live Music all night long featuring the Carole Ann Taylor Trio and Yamit & The Vinyl Blvd. Jazz Quartet.
Holiday Cocktails & Winter Warmers

Sip one of LT Steak and Seafood’s Holiday Cocktails or Winter Warmers, like cider infused with spices and gingersnap liqueur. The fun hand-crafted holiday cocktails highlight the season’s most festive flavors.
Always a great place to meet up with friends and family during the holiday season, the Lobby Bar offers Happy Hour daily from 5PM - 7PM. Enjoy live music nightly until 11 PM and during Sunday Brunch from 11 AM - 1 PM.
“Naughty or Nice” Holiday Hot Chocolate
Available in the Carlton Room
Pastry Chef Gabriela Amelunge is rolling out the ultimate holiday hot chocolate menu – for adults and children alike. The sweet treat starts with a base of luxurious Valrhona milk chocolate and can be customized with holiday favorites like homemade marshmallows, peanut butter, and champagne-tangerine; as well as more traditional flavors including raspberry, peppermint and cinnamon. Take it over the top by adding a cordial or extras like whipped cream, chocolate shavings, butterscotch chips, chopped hazelnuts, crushed Oreos or sprinkles.
